EGHS Helps NC's Economy to Continue to Grow
Partners Bill Janvier and Mike Tadych recently helped a Florida manufacturer acquire property near Henderson, North Carolina. The owners of Florida Marine Tanks, a manufacturer of boat tanks and components recently acquired an 83,000 square foot building in Vance County, North Carolina, to expand their growing business and be closer to their customers. Bill and Mike helped negotiate the purchase out of a bankruptcy estate and worked with city and county officials to negotiate economic incentive assistance to bring several good paying jobs to Vance County.
