3/4/2010 Larry McBennett Contributes to the NCBA's "A Comparative Study of the Corporate and LLC Laws of North Carolina and Delaware."
The Business Law Section of The North Carolina Bar Association has just published on its website "A Comparative Study of the Corporate and LLC Laws of North Carolina and Delaware." It is a huge project that is intended to serve as a basis to analyze potential improvements in North Carolina law on the subject. Larry McBennett wrote the segment on the fiduciary duties of corporate officers.
