7/15/2009 Larry McBennett Elected Chairman of the City of Raleigh's Board of Adjustment

Larry McBennett was elected to serve as the Chairman of the City of Raleigh's Board of Adjustment July 13, 2009.  He previously served as Vice Chairman.  The Board is a quasi-judicial body that hears petitions for variances and special use permits and appeals from interpretations of the zoning ordinance.
