With his gregarious personality, hearty laugh and down-to-earth common sense, Louis Wooten is anything but the stereotypical "tax lawyer." When these personal attributes are combined with his extensive technical knowledge and experience, however, the result is a professional who not only can assist our clients with their tax problems and estate planning needs, but who also can explain the issues and their solutions in language that anyone can understand. Louis also counsels business clients about a wide array of issues.

In his off time, Louis enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time at the beach with his wife Sally and their three children.
