Employment Law and Litigation
Everett, Gaskins, Hancock & Stevens began its employment law practice in 1998, when one of its non-profit clients was sued for sexual harassment. Since that time, the firm has represented clients in all phases of employment law.
Amanda Martin has counseled many of the firm’s corporate clients about a variety of employment-related issues, including compliance with anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour statutes and responding to EEOC complaints. She also has represented university professors and other individuals in connection with contract disputes and wrongful discharge claims.
