About EGHS

Business and Non-profit Organization

Our attorneys have assisted hundreds of new and emerging businesses to choose and establish their legal organization and structure. From sole proprietorships and family businesses to limited partnerships and multi-layered business organizations, our lawyers apply a wealth of expertise to help business owners select and implement the most appropriate form for their enterprise.

Attorneys Louis Wooten and Larry McBennett have extensive experience in the formation and organization of limited liability corporations, S corporations, C corporations and partnerships, both limited and general, for a wide variety of businesses and enterprises. When business organizations require special licenses or registrations, as in the case of medical practices or other licensed trades or professions, we also call upon the firm’s extensive experience in administrative law and occupational licensing.

In setting our fees, we are sensitive to the fact that many new and emerging businesses have limited financial resources. Often a flat fee can be quoted for a “turn-key” formation of a corporation, partnership or other business entity. When a flat fee cannot be quoted, we will provide a line-item budget to help entrepreneurs calculate and plan for start-up costs.
