Business and Non-profit Organization
Attorneys Louis Wooten and Larry McBennett have extensive experience in the formation and organization of limited liability corporations, S corporations, C corporations and partnerships, both limited and general, for a wide variety of businesses and enterprises. When business organizations require special licenses or registrations, as in the case of medical practices or other licensed trades or professions, we also call upon the firm’s extensive experience in administrative law and occupational licensing. In setting our fees, we are sensitive to the fact that many new and emerging businesses have limited financial resources. Often a flat fee can be quoted for a “turn-key” formation of a corporation, partnership or other business entity. When a flat fee cannot be quoted, we will provide a line-item budget to help entrepreneurs calculate and plan for start-up costs. |
